There is a fear all should have that’s “ the fear of the Lord.” This is not to be in terror of God but to be in prefect peace and filled with Him.
True reverence for God changes and motivates your entire life, which results from coming into the presence of the true and the Holy God and realizing that He is the living source and supplier of our every need.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom. The Knowledge of the Lord is understanding who he is and that’s insight. A person of this discernment will acquire divine guidance, which is the beginning of Knowledge. This knowledge leads us to Jesus Christ who was in the beginning. Do not be afraid for Jesus is the first and the last the living one who was dead yet is alive forever and have the keys of death and hell. Reverence Him!
Referential fear of God (Deuteronomy 10:12; Joshua 24:14) we recognize him as the creator of the universe all-powerful the almighty God. We love God because He first loved us. God is our creator and should we not reverence Him who created us in His own image?
Prayer
Father, I REVERENCE You the God of the universe who created me. It is in You that I live, move, and have my being. Therefore, I understand it is You who should be my focal point. I accept You as my Lord God and savior in Jesus Name. AMEM
